Why is the putty layer cracked

The first time putty allows a little pinhole, but no air bubbles; do not apply too thick putty once to avoid excessive shrinkage, which will affect the bond between the putty layer and the base layer. When scraping, the force should be balanced and try to make the surface of the putty layer smooth without obvious rough surface.
